PRICES
are quoted in Singapore Dollar, Inclusive of GST.

 

COURIER COSTS
are calculated as a flat rate of SGD 10.00 per transaction. Special courier requests are calculated on a time and material basis.

 

EXCHANGE
should you need to exchange the size / colour, please email us and indicate the size / colour to be changed. Kindly quote the billing/ order reference.

 

LIABILITY
for damages is excluded unless we or our representatives or vicarious agents have been found to have acted with gross negligence or intent. This limitation of liability does not apply to damage due to injury of life, body or health or the violation of a material contractual duty.

 

LEGAL VENUE
The place of performance is the registered office of our company. The legal venue for all disputes arising from the business relation is Singapore.

 

DATA PROTECTION CLAUSE/CALL RECORDING
For quality purposes, we randomly record calls between the buyer and our employees. The phone recordings solely serve the purpose of improving our service and are deleted after evaluation. The data will not be disclosed to third parties. The buyer hereby consents to the recording of telephone calls for that sole purpose. Consent is voluntary and may be revoked at any time in the future by the buyer.

 

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
Bauerfeind Singapore Pte Ltd attempts to uphold the copyrights involved in graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts it uses in all its publications, to use graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts it has produces itself or to use license-free graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts. All trademarks and brands used in the internet offering and, if applicable, protected by third party rights, are unconditionally subject to the provisions of the currently valid trademark law and the property rights of the registered owners. It is not to be inferred that mere mention implies that trademarks are not protected by third party rights. Bauerfeind Singapore Pte Ltd is the sole holder of the copyrights for objects published and created by Bauerfeind Singapore Pte Ltd. It is not permitted to copy or use such graphics, audio documents, video sequences and texts in other digital or printed publications without the explicit permission of Bauerfeind Singapore Pte Ltd.
